Xoomtvbox is not responsible for any misuse or damage caused by customers tempering with our program settings, downloading of Apps incorrectly, tempering with our boxes or software.
If the item is damaged due to shipping, please notify us by phone or email. We will only accept replacements (no credit or cash refund).We will pay for shipping both ways and replace with brand new unit.
All items returned within 14 days from the date of the items received will not incur a re-stocking fee. You may be responsible for a merchandise re-stocking charge of 30% if items are received within 14-30 days from the date of delivery. No refund or exchange is issued after that
